How It Works

Step 1

Download and activate the Rank.ai SEO Sync plugin from your WordPress admin panel.

Download the Rank.ai SEO Sync plugin zip file from your Rank.ai dashboard or the direct download link provided in the app.
In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin and select the downloaded zip file.
Click "Install Now" and then click "Activate" once the installation completes.
Tip: The plugin is lightweight and compatible with all major WordPress themes and page builders.

Step 2

Paste your API key in the plugin settings to link your WordPress site to Rank.ai.

In the Rank.ai app, navigate to the Integrations page and click Connect on WordPress.
Enter your WordPress site URL and copy the generated API key.
In WordPress, go to Rank.ai > Settings, paste the API key, and click "Save".
Tip: Your site will appear as connected in the Rank.ai dashboard within a few seconds.

Articles auto-publish with full SEO markup, custom URLs, and sitemap integration. Works with any theme.

Articles automatically publish as blog posts at /blog/your-article-slug on your WordPress site.
