  1. Step 1

    Install the plugin

    Add the Rank.ai SEO Sync plugin to your self-hosted WordPress site.

    • Download the plugin zip from your Rank.ai dashboard.
    • In WordPress, go to Plugins, then Add New, then Upload Plugin, and choose the zip.
    • Install it, then activate it.

  2. Step 2

    Connect your site

    Link the plugin to your Rank.ai account with your key.

    • In Rank.ai, choose WordPress when you connect a site.
    • Copy the key Rank.ai shows you.
    • Paste it into the plugin's settings page in WordPress and save.

  3. Step 3

    Publish

    Articles publish on the schedule you set, or wait for you.

    • Articles publish as posts under /blog on your site.
    • Auto publish is on by default. Switch it off and each article waits as a draft until you press Publish.
