  1. Step 1

    Get a token and your site ID

    Create a Webflow API token that can read and write your CMS.

    • In Webflow, create an API token for your site with CMS read and write access.
    • Copy your site ID from the site settings.

  2. Step 2

    Connect it in Rank.ai

    Enter the site ID and token, then pick the collection.

    • In Rank.ai, choose Webflow when you connect a site.
    • Enter your site ID and paste the token.
    • Select the collection your articles should go into.

  3. Step 3

    Publish

    Articles publish into the collection on the schedule you set.

    • Each article is uploaded as a CMS item and published.
    • With Auto-Publish off, it stays a draft until you press Publish.
