How It Works

Step 1

Link your Webflow project to Rank.ai by authorizing access to your site's CMS.

In your Webflow dashboard, generate an API token with CMS Read and Write permissions.
Tip: You can create a site-specific token under Site Settings > Apps & Integrations.
Copy your Webflow Site ID from your project settings.
In Rank.ai, go to Integrations, select Webflow, enter your Site ID, and paste the API token.

Step 2

Select which CMS collections should receive AI-generated content and configure field mappings.

Rank.ai automatically discovers all available CMS collections in your Webflow project.
Select the target collection where articles should be published (e.g., Blog Posts).
Article fields like title, body, slug, and meta description are automatically mapped to your collection fields.
Tip: You can customize field mappings if your collection uses non-standard field names.
