We are looking for a senior SEO analyst with 5+ years of experience to lead that work for our clients.

The role

You will plan, run and improve SEO strategy across Google and AI answers for a set of client accounts. You will lead audits, competitor research, content strategy, Google Business Profile work and reporting, and talk to clients directly so their business goals turn into measurable results.

This is a client-facing role: it needs technical SEO depth and the ability to explain strategy and results plainly.

What you will do

Strategy and planning

  • Build and run SEO roadmaps for each client across Google and AI answers
  • Lead keyword research, competitor benchmarking and market analysis
  • Choose the questions and keywords worth winning, and plan the articles that answer them

Execution

  • Run site and Google Business Profile audits and turn the findings into a plan
  • Improve on-page elements: metadata, schema markup, internal linking and page structure
  • Own each client's article plan in Rank.ai: briefs, review and publishing
  • Manage multi-location campaigns where a client has several locations

Measurement and reporting

  • Read each client's AI answers and Google positions in Rank.ai
  • Send clear monthly reports on what moved and what comes next
  • Turn the data into recommendations the client can act on

Client communication

  • Be the main SEO advisor for your accounts
  • Run regular strategy calls and presentations
  • Work with our product and engineering team on what clients need next

What you bring

  • 5+ years of SEO experience, agency or in-house
  • A record of planning and running SEO campaigns across different industries
  • On-page and technical SEO: schema, site speed, crawling and indexing, Core Web Vitals
  • Local SEO and Google Business Profile work, multi-location a plus
  • Content-led SEO: strategy, keyword clustering, internal linking
  • Link building and digital PR
  • Familiarity with how ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity answer questions is a plus
  • SEO tools: Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Search Console, GA4
  • Clear client communication, and the ability to make technical detail simple
  • Strong project management across several clients at once
